We have created this email privacy policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of your information.
Why did you receive an email from us?
If you received a mailing from us, (a) your email address is either listed with us as someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future ("opt-in"), or (b) you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with us. We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency and reason of our mailings.
How we protect your privacy
We use security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used by our system. Information collected by cookies is only used for webstatistics as pageviews, unique ip visitors, number of sessions, operating systems, browser systems and similar. This information is not used in interest about you as an individual web-visitor, but in its aggregate form. We do not collect info about your email address etc automatically, but only it if you directly submit it to us. Unlike other hosts and web services we do NOT provide or sell the email addresses of our former clients or members to spammers.
Sharing and Usage
We will never share, sell, rent, lease, borrow, provide or give away your email address or individual personal information with or to anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request and acceptance for information and to clients and business partners for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you. Email addresses submitted to Manila.PH may get mail with news or offers from other domains under control of Martin Reinert or advertisements that we deem of interest up to a maximum of once a week. However if your membership or business needs other individual communication between you and us then you will receive additional mails from us concerning that matter only and the number of those mails are not included in the above max of once a week.
How can you stop receiving email from us?
Each email sent contains an easy way for you to cease receiving email from us, or to change your expressed interests. If you wish to do this, simply follow the instructions at the end of any email.
If you have received unwanted, unsolicited email sent via this system or mail that seems or claims to be sent via this system, please forward a copy of that email (preferably with extended header) with your comments to  for review.
